Refund policy
We hope you love your ANKHGEAR.
If the ANKHGEAR product, MagZip® zipper or MagZip accessory you bought from ankhgear.com doesn't work for you, we'll give you a full refund if you return it within 30 days of delivery.
ZipperBuddy fit promise (US orders)
If you used our ZipperBuddy fit guide and your standard ZipperBuddy still doesn't fit your jacket, we'll pay for the return and refund it, even if you've already put it on your jacket. Or, if you prefer, we'll apply what you paid toward a Custom ZipperBuddy built to your jacket; you just pay the difference in price for the custom. Ordered the wrong length, side or type? We swap it for the right one at no charge.
Condition
Other returns must be unworn and unwashed, in the same condition you received them, with tags, in the original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase.
Return shipping
- United States: we pay return shipping. Once your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label.
- Outside the United States: returns are accepted, but you pay the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping any replacement to you.
How to start a return
Go to your account at account.ankhgear.com (sign in with your email), open your order and click Request return. We review every request within 2 business days and email you a return label (US) or return instructions (outside the US). If you can't find your order, or it's a custom item or a problem with your order, contact us at info@ankhgear.com or through our Contact page (ankhgear.com/pages/help). Please don't send anything back until your return is approved; items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted. Returns go to:

Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away, with a photo, if anything is damaged, defective or wrong. We'll make it right.
Custom ZipperBuddies
Custom ZipperBuddies are built to your jacket's specifications and can't be returned. If there is a quality problem with how we built it, we'll make it right by repairing or remaking it.
Other items that can't be returned
Other custom-made products and closeout items are final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order. ZipperBuddy size swaps are free, as described above.
Amazon and TikTok Shop orders
Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop follow that platform's return policy and process. Please start your return from your order on that platform.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll let you know once we receive and inspect your return and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take a little longer to post it.
