How long before my order ships?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Need it fast? Expedited shipping (USA)

At checkout, US orders can choose UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air Saver®. Rush orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern time on a business day (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Rush orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern, or on a weekend or holiday, ship the next business day. Delivery time is counted in business days from when the package ships.

Custom ZipperBuddies are built to order, so they ship once your build is finished. Expedited shipping speeds up delivery after that, not the build time.

Standard shipping (USA)

Standard US orders ship by USPS (Ground Advantage, First Class or Priority Mail), and many orders qualify for free shipping, shown at checkout. Standard US orders generally arrive 3–5 business days after shipment.

Using your own carrier account

If you have an account with UPS, FedEx, DHL or another carrier and would like us to ship on it, email info@ankhgear.com with your carrier and account number before placing your order. We charge a $10 handling fee for processing, packing and handing off to your carrier.

Canada

Canadian orders generally arrive 5–7 business days after shipment, with full tracking.

Shipping to Canada: duties and taxes

Your checkout total covers the product and shipping only. We do not collect Canadian duties or taxes. Canada sets and collects any charges when your parcel arrives. A single MagZip usually arrives with nothing extra to pay, because Canada does not charge on mailed purchases under C$20. Larger orders may owe a small duty, your provincial sales tax, and the carrier’s handling fee (C$9.95 for Canada Post) on delivery.

International (outside the USA and Canada)

For some international destinations tracking is not available and delivery times can vary. Expect about 3–4 weeks from shipment, though longer times are not uncommon. Faster, fully tracked options (such as DHL Express) are shown at checkout when available.
