Warranty

90-day warranty.

Everything we sell is covered for 90 days against defects in materials and workmanship. If it fails because of a defect, we’ll replace it.

90 days on everything.ANKHGEAR clothing, MagZip zippers and parts, ZipperBuddy and the OT Zipper Trainer, from the day it’s delivered.

What’s covered

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that show up within 90 days of delivery.
  • Free replacement with the same item, or the closest match if it’s sold out.
  • In the US we cover shipping on the replacement. Outside the US, you pay shipping both ways.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidents, misuse or damage after delivery
  • Damage from washing or care that doesn’t follow the label
  • Damage from sewing or installing a MagZip into another garment

How to make a claim

  1. Send us a claim. Start a warranty claim with your order number and a photo of the problem.
  2. We review it, usually within a few business days.
  3. Get your replacement. If it’s covered, we send a replacement or a code for one from our store.

Bought on Amazon or TikTok Shop? The same 90-day warranty applies. Contact us with your order number.

MagZip on another brand’s jacket

  • Contact that brand or store first. They may replace it under their own warranty.
  • We aren’t connected to those brands’ warranties, so we can’t cover their jackets.
  • You can still buy a replacement MagZip or a replacement slider from us, and a tailor can swap it in.
